Hey all. I'm new here and just wanted to say HI. I recently added a Stanton C501 to my rig, so now I can spin CD's too. I've got a lot of digital audio, so I am really excited about incorporating all this non-vinyl music into my sets! The barebones Stanton C501 is cheap, and so far, is doing a fine job at what I need. Of course, I very much want 2 Pioneer CDJ1000MK2's, but must earn and extra 2K first.

Anyone else tried this new Stanton?

Also, does anyone suggest some websites for downloading, or SF Bay Area dealers who carry rare CD's (such as UK single imports).

cheers,
Damien

You will find the best selection of new imports at Mod Lang in Berkeley. I have actually been finding a good import selection at the Tower in the Castro lately.
